Robert Feol, born in Rochester, New York, graduated from Syracuse University with degrees in Music, Education, and Psychology. He worked as a professional Volleyball coach for Canastota High School, and in his rookie year posted the best winning record for Boys Volleyball in the school’s history(15 – 3, Divisional Champions), earning him the prestigious ‘Coach of the Year’ award. After this accomplishment, he went on a full scholarship to The National Technical Institute for the Deaf, where he received a Masters Degree in Secondary Education for students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing.

Robert became interested in real estate investing full time after attending a seminar on wholesaling through his local REIA group. A week after the seminar, he had successfully sold his first home, generating a profit which was more than his monthly teaching salary. Based on this experience, he knew his days as a professional teacher were numbered. He met his partner, Ryan Hinricher, while working at a local property management company, and they forged a partnership which was grounded in the principles of finding great deals and presenting those opportunities to investors, while allowing the investor specific choices in each aspect of the transaction as to retain control and quality assurance in every nuance that arises.

Ryan Hinricher is originally from a small town in South Dakota. He has lived in Memphis for the past 8 years. He moved to Memphis after working in the finance and banking industry. Ryan worked in Memphis for several years in this industry eventually working as a Vice President for a local bank. After leaving the bank to pursue owning a business, Ryan cofounded Uptown Mortgage (http://TheUptownGroup.com ). After his partner purchased the company, Ryan went on to partner up with Robert Feol and formed a boutique real estate investment consulting firm; The FeolHinricher Companies (link to http://FHCompanies.com) where he and his partner invest in Memphis real estate and consult local and out of state real estate investors.
