Ryan Hinricher is originally from a small town in South Dakota. He has lived in Memphis for the past 8 years. He moved to Memphis after working in the finance and banking industry. Ryan worked in Memphis for several years in this industry eventually working as a Vice President for a local bank. After leaving the bank to pursue owning a business, Ryan cofounded Uptown Mortgage (http://TheUptownGroup.com ). After his partner purchased the company, Ryan went on to partner up with and formed a boutique real estate investment consulting firm; The FeolHinricher Companies (link to http://investornation.com) where he and his partner invest in Memphis real estate and consult local and out of state real estate investors. Ryan’s passion in technology eventually offered an opportunity with IT Niche (link to http://Itniche.com) where he is able to leverage a global business and offer cost effective, custom websites and marketing products to Memphis real estate professionals, agents, and Realtors.
