We will act as a independent 3rd part consultant or as a small joint venture limited partner managing the financial structuring and project feasibility and programming of the development / acquisition. This includes, but is not limited to; DCF modeling, sensitivity analysis, lender presentations, term sheet negotiations, and road show support. |
