The National Real Estate Investors Association is an organization that supports local real estate investor groups, while promoting, networking and real estate investing education. Additionally they assist local REIA's on legislative issues, and work to develop real estate investing ethics. Robert Feol and Ryan Hinricher were past board members of the Mid-South Real Estate Investors Association, or Mid-South REIA, and worked hard to steer that organization towards being a local leader in the Memphis real estate investing community. Another member of the National REIA is Memphis Investors Group, or MIG. Memphis Investors Group is the original real estate investing association in Memphis and continues to be the largest and most diverse REIA in Memphis. Both are members of the National REIA. |

The National Associaiton of Realtor's goal is to be the leading organization in the overall real estate industry. Additionally being a member of the National Association of Realtors means that the real estate agent has sworn to a code of ethics and has had the necessary trianing to practice real estate in an ethical manner. Additionally members of the National Association of Realtors, or NAR, work together to ensure the continuous flow of good real estate business. Our team at The Feol-Hinricher Companies consists of 3 licensed real estate professionals all of which are members of the National Associaiton of Realtors. The Tennessee Association of Realtors, or TAR, is one of the largest trade associations in the state of Tennessee. Currently TAR has over 27,000 members. TAR is a support association for Realtors and members of the National Association of Realtors. This is important because in addition to being a support association for Realtors, members of TAR receive assistance through technology and networking. This allows its members to continuously be very competitive in the real estate industry. More importantly in the real estate investing industry. |
